A Poundland shopper has praised the budget store for stocking high-end chocolates that would normally cost a small fortune in European shops. The chocolates, which cost £1.50 per pack or £2 for two, are a luxury item in many European countries.
The shopper pointed out shelves stocked with three different varieties of Pergale chocolates. They come in milk, dark and caramel varieties.
Posting on the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group, Saiva Darnell said: "I’m from Lithuania and was pleasantly surprised to find these Lithuanian chocolates in Poundland, they can be quite expensive in small European shops."
