Poundland in Falkirk 's Central Retail Park has been saved from closure.
It comes after bosses managed to come to an agreement with the landlord, following a dispute over the building's terms and conditions.
A number of jobs have now been secured at the store.
A spokesperson for Poundland said: "We’re delighted that we’ve reached an agreement with the landlord that means we can keep our store open in Falkirk Central Retail Park.
"It’s great news for customers and colleagues.
"Falkirk is a great location for us and as well as the Central Retail Park store, we’ve also got our store at Falkirk Howgate Centre which remains open as usual.
"Both our Falkirk stores will continue to offer customers our amazing value."
