Emergency services are currently responding to a fire at the Dunluce Centre in Portrush.
The centre was once one of the area's top tourist attractions but closed in 2013 due to falling visitor numbers.
The complex was put up for sale in November 2021 and is currently derelict.
The Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service currently have five fire appliances, one command and control unit, and two officers cars at the scene, with more appliances being deployed.
Police are also in attendance at the scene.
