The biggest porn website in the world has revealed Ireland's most-searched terms for 2022 and the results are... interesting.
Last month, Buzz.ie linked in with the insights team at Pornhub, a dedicated group of analysts who compile data from billions of hits all to explore the intricacies of online pornography viewership, to gather a report about Ireland’s trends and searches.
When compared to the rest of the world, Ireland ranks 42nd for traffic to Pornhub, considerably higher than its population rank of 124th in the world. In total, the average Irish visitor spends a total of 9 minutes and 33 seconds on the adult content website, around 20 seconds less than the world average.

Overall, the most commonly-searched term in the country was 'Irish', something which the insights team noted was a very common trend amongst countries whose trends have been studied.
County-by-county
The statisticians also checked out top searches by county in Ireland. While these aren’t the top searches for the individual region, they are instead the terms most likely to be searched in each region when compared to the rest of Ireland.
Body-positive searches include 'big ass' in Longford, 'chubby” in north Tipperary, 'big tits' in Limerick and 'bbw' in Cork.
