Popular West Bridgford restaurant re-opens after closing due to staff shortages

A French restaurant in West Bridgford that was forced to close temporarily due to staffing shortages, has now reopened. Côte Brasserie, a French Restaurant located in Central Avenue, temporarily closed yesterday (Thursday, March 24) and has now reopened its doors for food lovers.

The restaurant reopened this morning at 9am (Friday March 25). A recent picture of a sign on the restaurant window read: "We are temporarily closed due to staff shortages. We'll be back open soon!"

The restaurant is inspired by the brasseries of Paris, championing relaxed all-day dining and serving authentic French classics made from fresh ingredients and is usually open 8am to 11pm.
