A vegan cafe in Beeston has brought forward its closing date after sharing a plea on social media for someone to take over the building. Feed Me Fully Loaded is located in the Rylands on Lilac Crescent and offers a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options.
The cafe become a fan favourite among Nottingham's vegan community for its loaded fries which are topped with ingredients such as jackfruit chilli, jerk black beans and fried tofu. The fries come complete with a 'base' of a hot dog or salad which the toppings are then added to.

The team announced on Facebook that they were sad to be bringing the date forward but will be hosting one last event, a Halloween-inspired Little Shop of Horrors themed brunch.
The cafe began as a pop-up in Sneinton Market in 2018 before the owners decided to look into premises of their own. They opened their doors in February 2020 just before Covid caused lockdowns. The cafe continued trading but sadly, the last day will be September 11.
"For many reasons, we have made the decision to bring forward our closing date. Our last day at the cafe will now be Sunday 11th September which means you only have a month left to get your Feed Me! fix," they wrote. "28th August will be the last day to get the full menu/breakfast as we have big plans for our last 2 weeks."
They added: "We couldn't close without doing one final event so this will be taking place from 2nd - 4th September. We will be announcing the full details on social media in the next few days so keep a lookout. And for our final week, to try and get as many of our lovely customers through the doors as possible we will be doing lots of small plates, sides, drinks and treats instead of our full menu. This will allow for us to have a quicker turnover to give you all a chance of visiting for one final time."
"We hope you will all come and celebrate our final days with us. We may also be selling and giving away lots of bits from the cafe on the last week as well. Once again, we can't thank you enough for your support."
The cafe was known for its inventive meat alternatives which included Seitan burgers, BBQ tofu pieces and jackfruit fishcakes. They also stocked the No Homer's Deli slices which were made in the deli in Nottingham's city centre before its closure earlier this year.
