A popular gym will be closed temporarily to 'freshen up'. The facility, located in a retail park, will be shut for two days starting on Wednesday, May 10.
The Gym Group Nottingham Radford, at the Castle Retail Park, in Radford Boulevard, will reopen on May 12 at 8am. However customers have been invited to access another gym group location "at no extra cost".
The branch has posted about the closure on their Instagram account, adding: "The gym will be closed for a while, it is time to freshen up.

"We are putting in some work and getting a sweat on. We want the best environment for you to train in. So your local gym will be closed whilst we give the place a freshen up."
It continued: "Sorry for any inconvenience caused during this closure. We will keep you updated in our stories and we also invite you to access another gym group location at no extra cost whilst we are closed.
"It is now our turn to sweat", they added. They linked The Gym branch in Trinity Square, Nottingham city centre, which can be accessed in the meantime at no extra cost.
