Glasgow’s Centre for Contemporary Arts (CAA) has announced that it will be reopening after being awarded multi-year funding.
The centre has said that it will reopen on April 1 after closing last December.
It has received funding from Creative Scotland, which is Scotland's development body for the arts and creative industries.
It previously closed due to financial struggles from the pandemic and a fire in 2018 at the Glasgow School of Art.
CAA provides an extensive programme of art exhibitions, cinema, live music, book launches, spoken word and performances.
In a statement on Instagram, it said that bosses are "thrilled" that the art centre will be opening once again and thanked Creative Scotland for believing in them.
It said: "The past year has been incredibly tough. We have fought incredibly hard to keep CCA alive and to make sure we would be here for the long term.
"This funding is a recognition of that fight, and a testament to the resilience, creativity and determination of our team, the artists we work with, and the community that has stood by us. "To everyone who has championed us and believed in what we do - thank you. Because of you, we’ve been able to navigate this challenging time, and now, we can look ahead with renewed energy. "We are thrilled to confirm that CCA will fully reopen April 1, and we cannot wait to welcome you back. x"
