The restaurant reopens from today (Thursday April 21) with staff excited to welcome customers back.

Bosses of the suave restaurant have shared a sneak peak of their menu with a mouth watering dish compiled of sea trout, spelt, crab, fennel, chicken nuggets, fermented red pepper, black garlic, venison, cauliflower, asparagus, hay hollandaise, and salami.

Sharing on Instagram the owners said: "Following a series of unfortunate situations after the flood our premises have suffered nearly 4 weeks ago and then again!

"We are excited to say that we are finally ready to reopen this Thursday, 21st of April.

"We have completed all the work required, are currently practicing new bread recipe and are keenly working on some new dishes. May hospo gods be on our side. We have even cleansed our aura."

"We are so sincerely sorry to all effected, it probably is the worst feeling - having to turn customers away as a small, independent business. But hopefully this is all behind us now!

"Please join us for our 5 - course dinner set menu or sharing plates. Serving Wednesday - Saturday + Saturday lunch… + there are more events on the cards.
