Painting the police box their iconic colour of green, staff will be serving up coffees and teas, as well as hot winter warmer drinks, including a hot chocolate topped with a torched marshmallow.
In addition, a number of classic Salt baked goodies and snacks will also be available for takeaway.
Recently celebrating their second birthday, Salt, run by couple Steve and Liv said on social media that they are "immensely proud" to be hitting the milestone.
A post read: "We’re delighted to announce our newest venture - this gorgeous police box in Tollcross. We’ll be collecting the keys on the 3rd October and aim to launch “A Pinch of Salt” on Monday 17th October.
"We’ll be serving our house-blend @mr_eion espresso based coffees, @salt.baker goodies and seasonal snacks. We’re so excited about this next chapter for the salt brand and thank you all for supporting us and making this possible.
"For those not familiar with our journey - we ( @salt.baker and @salt.chef ) both lost our jobs within one week of the first lockdown. Instead of waiting for someone else to give us an opportunity - we chose to create one instead.
"We sold our house and against the advice of friends and family we put ALL our finances (and energy) into launching our own business. We followed our dream to ‘one-day’ own our own cafe. Our passion for food was the reason we fell in love, and it’s been the driving force behind our success.
"We’re immensely proud to be celebrating this milestone, and even more excited to be launching our second venture ‘A Pinch of Salt’ next week."
