One of Edinburgh's popular city centre bars has now launched a whole new look after undergoing a serious overhaul.
Cask, situated at the top of Waverley Mall, shared with customers this week that they have launched a new menu and wine terrace just in time for the summer.
Undergoing a huge makeover, the bar has moved away from it's previous speakeasy feel, with the venue now operating as a fresh and open plan cocktail bar.

Operating both in and outside, the bar had seen huge success last year with its clear outdoor 'Secret Domes' for guests to book out, which will also be available in the summer.
In addition, the venue are launching a 'Mezzanine Wine Bar', that will be making full use of the space and its stunning views of the city.

Said to be a "secret suntrap", the area will serve up wines from all around the world, with manager, Poppy Raeside, said:“We are extremely proud of our new Mezzanine Wine Bar – it’s a stunning space with relaxed lounge vibes where our customers can be transported to Barcelona in the sun.
The Mezzanine has a lovely open feel throughout the summer – and the panoramic views of Edinburgh really add to this. Then when the weather isn’t so good we have our terrace which can be covered over and plenty of space inside Cask.”
