Popular Dublin toastie business set to open in Central Plaza

Popular Dublin toastie business Griolladh are planning to open their third location in the new Central Plaza on Dame Street.

The business have been trading since 2020 when they were operating out of a food truck at different markets and events. They quickly opened their first physical place on Thomas Street in 2022 and most recently they took over from Joe's Coffee in Arnotts.

The team took to Instagram to tell their followers that they will be opening in Central Plaza. They said: "We're absolutely thrilled to announce that we will be bringing our cheese to the iconic location of the old Central Back on Dame St!

"D2'S lunch game is about to be seriously upended! Things are about to get toastie." Although we don't have an exact opening date yet, the end of the caption did say: "Keep your peepers on our socials over the coming weeks as we get ready to grill!"

The Central Plaza is already home to Gino's Gelto and Krispy Kreme. While yoe're waiting for the new location to open you can find Griolladh toasties at their Thomas St or Arnotts locations in the city centre.
