A popular Dublin dessert parlour has introduced potato milk ice cream to its customers.
The interesting concoction is available from Scoop to mark National Potato Day. The unique Rosemary and Potato gelato is available to order from Scoop via Deliveroo today and tomorrow (September 30 and October 1).
Country Manager at Deliveroo Ireland, Breffney Brass, said: "Potatoes are the bedrock of so many classic takeaway dishes, no wonder they have their own national day of celebration. It’s been a blast working with Scoop Dessert Parlour to come up with a brand new potato inspired ice-cream."
The Rosemary and Potato gelato is available via Deliveroo for €3.50 per scoop.

Potato milk landed on Irish shores earlier this year and certainly got people talking.
Not leaving it up to the sceptics to decide its worthiness on Irish supermarket shelves, we decided to try it for ourselves.
Brought to us by Swedish company Dug Drinks, the milk alternative aims to have a smaller impact on the environment than other drinks on the market.
Dug Unsweetened has a quarter of the climate footprint that regular milk has. The company also states that potatoes are twice as land efficient than growing oats and use 56 times less water than almonds.
In terms of taste, you'll perhaps be surprised that it doesn't taste of much at all. If you're looking to swap out dairy in your hot drinks, it's a great way to take the edge off black tea or coffee.
Deliveroo customers looking to try the unique Rosemary and Potato gelato can order it from Scoop stores on Aungier Street, in Sandymount and Ranelagh.
