Popular Dealz kids' item recalled over choking hazard, with 136 purchased in Ireland

Dealz Ireland has recalled one of its children’s toys on sale since the beginning of December 2022 due to the choking risk it poses.

According to the Competitions and Consumer Protection Commission, the small balls at the end of the playing sticks detach.

Their alert reads: “Once detached, the balls may be placed in the mouth and swallowed, presenting a choking hazard for young children”.
