PopMaster quiz: Test your music knowledge after Ken Bruce announced he's leaving BBC Radio 2

Ken Bruce might be leaving BBC Radio 2, but that doesn't mean the end for Popmaster.

Ken's show pulls in more than 6.5 million listeners a week, many of whom are huge fans of Popmaster. The cult daily music quiz pits two contestants against each other in a battle of pop facts.

There were fears when Ken's move to Greatest Hits Radio was announced today that the quiz would come to an end. But the much-loved presenter is taking the format with him to his new station.

And in the meantime, you can play our own Greater Manchester-themed Popmaster quiz, which you can see below.

Ken, 71, said this morning: "I have decided the time is right for me to move on from Radio 2."

He added: "I'll reach the end of my current contract in March, and so at that point, I will be moving on from Radio 2. Nothing stays the same forever...

"I have been here for quite a long time now, and it possibly is time to move over and let somebody else have a go."

Soon after, Greatest Hits Radio announced they had signed up Ken, who will be replacing Mark Goodier in the mid-morning slot later in the year.
