Pooja Banerjee is happy balancing her personal and professional life. After a maternity break, the actress returned to the small screen with Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2 three months ago. What’s interesting is that she has created a beautiful space for her one-year-old daughter Sana in her make-up room.
Pooja shares, “When I was about to join the show, the production team told me that they will have a space created in my room for Sana. All the colours we have chosen are for her. There’s a cute cot with frames and lights.”
The actress adds, “I stay close to the set, so there are times when I go back home for a while and then return. In the day, she manages without me, but at night, she needs me around. So creating this cosy space for Sana in the vanity has helped. And she gets happy seeing the lights (smiles).”
The actress took a year long break before she decided to return to the screen. She has spent some quality time with her daughter in that time span and talking to us about it in an earlier interview, she said, "It has a been wonderful time. Motherhood is empowering. I have enjoyed every moment with my baby in the last one year. Yes, I have changed in many ways too. Today I am nervous when I have to step out and leave my child at home. It’s a different feeling now because you are more concerned, patient, caring and compassionate."
