SPAIN’S prime minister is set to stop people from the UK buying second homes in the country.
As part of his bid to address the housing crisis, Pedro Sanchez will put in place plans to prevent people from outside the EU buying housing in Spain unless they reside in the country.
It follows proposals last week to put a tax of up to 100% on such property deals.
