Police want to speak to this man after girl, 13, offered money to get into car

Police have released a picture of a man they want to speak after a 13-year-old girl was offered money to get into a car in Bolton.

The teenager was approached by an 'unknown man' on Shepherd Cross Street who told her to get into his car, officers said. He offered her money before 'forcibly moving' her.

The incident - which happened in January of last year - was reported to police the following October. Officers have now released a picture of a man they want to speak to about what happened.

Officers believe 'he could assist with enquiries'. Anyone who recognises him is being urged to get in touch.
