Police want to speak to these two men after an attack outside the Printworks

Police have released a picture of two men they want to speak to after an attack in Manchester city centre.

The attack happened outside the Printworks complex at around 3.06am on Wednesday, March 1, police said. Officers believe the two men in the picture 'could help with enquiries'.

Anyone who recognises them, or who has any information, is being urged to get in touch. A post on the Greater Manchester Police Facebook page said: "#APPEAL | Police are appealing for information following an assault in Manchester city centre.

"The incident took place outside Printworks on Dantzic Street in Manchester, on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at 3.06am. Officers have now released a photo of the men they would like to speak to, as they believe they could help with their enquiries.

"Anyone with any information should contact police on 101, quoting log number 227 of 01/03/23. Alternatively, information can be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
