A man who was found with serious injuries a Nottinghamshire street is receiving hospital treatment for injuries. Emergency services were called to the incident on Kingsway, Kirkby-in-Ashfield at around 4:10pm on Tuesday, August 16.
At the time, officers issued a statement which said they had received reports of a man suffering serious injuries.
Members of the public also came to the man's aid. Police have issued a new statement in which they say the man currently remains in a stable condition and his injuries are not currently believed to be life threatening. Nottinghamshire Police said they are not currently treating the incident as suspicious, and support is being provided to the man's family.
