Police closed an Ayrshire countryside road today following a single car smash.
Fenwick Road (B751) between Kilmaurs and Fenwick was shut down earlier today following a crash.
A single police vehicle halted traffic from using the route with motorists forced to use alternative routes.
Police Scotland confirmed to Ayrshire Live that the smash was reported to them at around 11.20am and involved a single car.
Officials also confirmed that nobody was injured in the collision.
