A picture of "UK's messiest car" has gone viral after readers poked fun at the state of the front seat.
Kent Police uploaded a picture of the vehicle to Twitter after pulling over a car that was stopped for not having insurance, an MOT or road tax.
The photo contains stack loads of rubbish and a mountain of McDonald's, Greggs and Foster's lager cans across the seat and footwell, BirminghamLive reports.
The police decided to show the insides of the car, they tweeted: "The odd sweet wrapper or dropped crisp from the our colleagues on handover all of a sudden doesn't appear so bad.
"The inside of a car stopped and seized today for no insurance, no MOT and no vehicle excise licence. "
However, BirminghamLive readers have split over how to react to the cluttered car with some having sympathy for the driver - saying at least he hadn't thrown litter out of the window but others were left disgusted.
But many thought it was was hilarious that the driver had taken the trouble to put a seatbelt over his Greggs snack.
One reader was impressed the driver had taken the trouble to protect his Greggs snack, Laura Proctor said: "At least the steak bake is protected in the event of a crash."
And Teesha Stephens said: "Love how the Greggs is belted in... safety first, keep your loved ones safe people!"
Andrea Smith commented: "Looks like they probably worked hard and grabbed some food whenever they could. No excuses for not having the right paperwork though."
While Terri-Ann Anderson said: "At least he isn't chucking it out the window."
Paul Newell also praised the driver, saying: "Decent sort. They normally leave it on the supermarket car park." and Len Joe agreed, commenting: "The big picture here is this person is not a litter bug so he should be given a medal for not throwing it out in the road."
Disgusted by the state of the car was Reetta Karkkainen, who said: "That's not a car. It's a wheelie bin.
Equally appalled was Bridget Jones who said: "Wonder what the house is like if the car is like this... this is just pure filth... disgusting."
The messiness of the car was irrelevant to some people.
Leanne Spikings said: "I think the insurance, MOT and alcohol is relevant. Everything else is irrelevant really - many people have grim cars but are legit."
Kelly Shayler added: "Comes to something when the state of a car is more important than it being legal."
