Police in Edinburgh have confirmed a missing man about whom they had "growing concerns" has been traced safe and well after a public appeal.
Jordan Harrower, 32, was last seen at around 2pm on Sunday July 24 in the Morningside area of the capital.
Cop issued a description of Jordan and a CCTV image showing him in what they believed he was wearing when he was last spotted in a bid to track him down. The picture shows him wearing a dark green hooded top with light green sleeves from the elbow down, black tracksuit bottoms and black slippers.
Officers have now thanked the public for their assistance as they located Jordan two days after their initial appeal.
A Police Scotland statement said: "Following our previous missing person appeal, we can confirm that Jordan Harrower has been traced safe and well.
"We would like to thanks those who assisted with sharing our appeal."
A Police Scotland spokesperson at the time said: "We are appealing for the public’s assistance to trace a male reported missing in Edinburgh. Jordan Harrower was last seen about 1400hrs on the 24th of July 2022 in the Morningside area.
"The 32 year old male has not been seen since this time and police have growing concerns for his welfare as we have been unable to make contact with him. Jordan is described as a white male, about 5” 11” in height.
"He is of Medium build with ginger coloured curly hair. He was last seen wearing a dark green hooded top with a light green sleeves from the elbow down and black tracksuit bottoms with black slippers.
"If anybody has seen this male since this time or has any information which may assist with locating Jordan can they please contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 1924 of 24th of July 2022."
