Police shame 'poor parking' on streets of Merseyside

Merseyside's road policing unit has shared "just a snippet" of the number of badly-parked cars its officers encounter each day.

Four "poor parkers" have been slapped with tickets tonight, January 15, due to parking obstructively on footpaths around the county.

A black Audi, two Ford types and a Skoda Citigo were among the offending vehicles.

Police said: "Some more examples of poor parking. Unfortunately this is just a snippet of what we see most days. All vehicles pictured, and more, have been issued tickets for unnecessary obstruction. Please park with consideration for pedestrians and other road users."
