Police seeking help in search for Lanarkshire man missing for three days

Police are seeking help from the public to find a Lanarkshire man who has been missing since Monday afternoon.

David Dillon was last seen in Airdrie's Whinhall Avenue at 3.45pm that day.

He is described as 5ft 5in, with a shaved head with a tattoo above his left eye.

When he disappeared he was wearing black tracksuit bottoms, black trainers and a grey hooded top with Puma in white across the chest.

A police spokesperson told Lanarkshire Live: "David is known to frequent the Airdrie, Coatbridge and Motherwell areas.

"Anyone who has seen David, or who has knowledge of his whereabouts, is urged to contact police on 101, quoting incident number 2249, or Crimestoppers via 0800 555 111."
