Northumberland pensioner, 71, found safe after disappearing from his home

A pensioner who disappeared from his Northumberland home has been found safe and well, police have confirmed.

Officers had been searching for Paul Davison, 71, after he was reported missing on Wednesday, June 21.

The pensioner was last seen shortly before 2pm when he left his home address in the Spittal area of Berwick and Northumbria Police had been growing increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.

But today (June 24) the force confirmed that Paul has been found safe and well and thanked those who shared his appeal.
