An arrest has been made in the search for a wanted North Tyneside man.
Officers from Northumbria Police were appealing for the public’s help after releasing an image of a man they wanted to trace.
He was wanted in connection with a burglary at a newsagents in Blyth on August 13.

Officers had been searching a number of associated addresses in a bid to find him so he can be interviewed in connection with the break-in.
Northumbria Police has now made an arrest following the appeal. The man is currently in police custody.
