Police specialists and the coastguard are carrying out searches along the coast of Aberdeenshire as they continue searching for a missing woman last seen early on Saturday.
Margaret Inczedi, 50, was most recently seen walking in the area of Berryhill Road in Newtonhill, six miles south of Aberdeen, at 6.30am on May 13. Officers say she is around 5ft 3in tall, of slim build, with dark red hair.
Since she was reported missing on Saturday police have determined that she is wearing a grey hooded top and black jogging bottom. CCTV was released of a woman matching Margaret's description on Sunday afternoon.
Searches are being carried out in the wider Newtonhill area by specialist officers, together with the coastguard. In the meantime, police are continuing to appeal for anyone with information on Margaret's whereabouts to get in touch.
Locals are being advised to check sheds and outbuildings if they have them, in case she has used them to seek shelter. Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting reference 1360 of May 13 2023.
Sergeant John McOuat of Stonehaven Police Station said: “We remain very concerned for Margaret’s welfare and this only increases as time passes. I would urge anyone who believes they may have seen her at any time since Saturday morning to get in touch.
“I would also urge local residents to be vigilant and if you have a shed or outbuilding where someone could seek shelter please check this and report anything of note to us."
