Police have renewed their appeal for a missing Fife man, last seen 18 days ago. Andy Bonnes disappeared from Lundin Links on Tuesday, August 2.
Cops say the 57-year-old's family and friends are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety. The last positive sighting of Andy was on Thursday, August 4, when he was seen leaving Inverkeithing train station.
When he disappeared, he was wearing a black jacket and baseball cap. Andy's frantic family issued a desperate appeal on social media earlier this month in a bid to trace him.
Andy's son, Gordon, said at the time: "This isn't a post I'd ever thought I'd make, but my dad Andy Bonnes has gone missing. If anyone sees him please get in touch ASAP with myself, or the police or Kirsty Goodman.
"He doesn't have his phone, and was last seen at 9am on Tuesday. In times like these, I hope social media can rally together and find him, and get him home safe. Please Share to get the word out."
Posting on social media yesterday, Police Scotland said: "Andy Bonnes, missing from Lundin Links on August 2, has still not been traced. It’s now 17 days since Andy was reported missing and his family are becoming increasingly concerned.
"Any information to help trace Andy please contact us."
