West Yorkshire Police want to speak to the woman pictured after an elderly woman was hit by a car in Wetherby.
Officers have released a CCTV image of a woman they believe was in a Fiat car just before it was involved in a hit and run on Tuesday, December 27.
Police say that at around 6.30pm a dark-coloured Fiat 500 hit an elderly lady outside the Wetherby Whaler fish and chip shop in the Market Place. The elderly woman was left with serious leg injuries.

The Fiat then left the scene and was not there when police arrived. Officers believe the woman pictured got into the car just before the hit and run occurred.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "It happened at about 6.30pm on Tuesday, December 27 outside the Wetherby Whaler in Market Place, Wetherby, when a dark coloured Fiat 500 was in collision with an elderly woman.
"The elderly woman suffered serious leg injuries. The vehicle was not present when police arrived.
"Enquiries have established that the woman got into the Fiat just before it was involved in the collision."
