Police have released CCTV after a woman had her purse stolen in broad daylight in North Tyneside.
Officers investigating the incident have released images of two men they would like to trace following the shocking incident after two unknown men stole a woman's purse, containing almost £900.
It was reported to police that a woman was approached by two unknown men in Poundland within the Forum Shopping centre, Wallsend at about 11.30am on September 7.

The images which have been released show two men who Northumbria Police believe can assist with their investigation into the incident.
A spokesperson for the force said: "These unknown individuals engaged in a conversation with the woman, and it is then believed another individual, a woman, discreetly stole the victim’s purse, containing almost £900, whilst she was distracted.
"Enquiries are ongoing, including reviewing of CCTV, and police have now identified two men who they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
"They were in the shop at the time and could have information that may assist the investigation."
