A missing man has been traced after police said they were "really worried" over his whereabouts.
McRae Fairbairn vanished at 4.45am today.
The 26-year-old was last seen at Coalmarket in Kelso, Scottish Borders, before he was traced this afternoon.
Officers released an appeal to the public in their desperate bid to trace him.
The force has since revealed that McRae has been traced and is safe and well.
Officers thanked the public for assisting their appeal.
A statement reads: "McRae Fairbairn, 26, who had been missing from Kelso since this morning has been traced.
"Thank you for your assistance with our appeal."
