Police raid Leeds home and find £20m worth of Class A drugs

£20million worth of Class A drugs have been found in a property in Leeds.

Officers from Yorkshire and Humber Regional Organised Crime Unit executed a warrant at an address in Flaxton Street, Beeston, last week.

They found a package reading 'euva generacian cartel'. Nine large bags of white powder were found, as well as 23 other packages of drugs.

Police shared images of the evidence on social media. Two people have been arrested and released under investigation.

Police are continuing enquiries. A spokesperson for YHROCU said: "Two people have been charged after Class A drugs worth £20m were recovered from a property in #Leeds.

"Y&H ROCU officers executed a warrant at an address on Flaxton Street, Beeston, last week. Two more people were arrested and released under investigation. Enquiries continue."
