Police probing Airdrie assault keen to trace woman who may have 'vital' information

Police in Lanarkshire have released images of a woman they believe may be able to assist with their ongoing enquiries into a serious assault in Airdrie.

The incident occurred at around 10.45pm, on Saturday, July 10, 2021, on Stirling Street.

Officers would like to speak to the woman as they believe she may have vital information which could assist the investigation.

She is described as being aged mid 40s, slim build, long blonde hair and was wearing a white top and black trousers.

Anyone who recognises the woman is asked to contact Coatbridge CID. (Police Scotland)

The woman, anyone who recognises the woman or anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Coatbridge CID on 101, quoting incident number 329 of 10 July, 2021.

Alternatively, please contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously.
