Police have launched an appeal for information after a man was hospitalised following a serious assault in Alexandria.
The 25-year-old man was attacked by a group of teenagers at around 12.30am on Friday, July 8, 2022 near to Bonhill Bridge at Angus Street.
He was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley for medical treatment.
Detective Constable Lee Cassidy of Clydebank Police Office said : “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the assault.
“Our enquiries so far have revealed that a yellow car was seen parked in the vicinity and the driver may have witnessed the assault. We would be keen for him or her to come forward.
