Police Officer Killed, 10 Injured In Be'er Sheva Shooting Attack

Tragedy struck the southern Israeli city of Be'er Sheva on Sunday when a police officer was killed and 10 people were injured in a shooting attack at a bus station. The officer, identified as Shira Suslik, served in Israel's Southern Border Police and tragically lost her life in the line of duty during the attack.

The incident unfolded when Suslik encountered a terrorist at the bus station, leading to her untimely death. The attacker was swiftly neutralized by Israeli police forces who responded to the scene.

Emergency services, including Magen David Adom (MDA), quickly arrived at the scene to attend to the injured individuals. Ten people were transported to Soroka Medical Center for treatment, with one person in moderate-to-serious condition due to gunshot wounds. Four others sustained moderate injuries from gunshots, while five individuals suffered mild injuries from glass shards and bruises.
