Police have named a 40-year-old woman whose body was found last week at a property in Beaconsfield.
Thames Valley police have formally identified the victim as Paramjit Gosal-Gill, from Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
Officers were called to the property shortly after 6am on 23 February. Gosal-Gill was pronounced dead at the scene.
Paul Gill, 39, has been charged with murder. He was formally charged on 25 February and remanded in custody to appear at Reading crown court on 5 April.
Gosal-Gill’s family paid tribute to her “warm, loving, caring and funny personality”. Specially trained officers continue to support her family.
In a statement, they said: For those who had the pleasure of knowing Pam would know what a warm, loving, caring and funny personality she was.
“Pam’s life was short but meaningful in so many ways to so many people. We are all devastated she has been taken from us so soon and she will be deeply missed.”
“Rest in paradise our beautiful little angel. We all love you so much.”
Senior investigating officer Det Chf Insp Will Crowther, of the major crime unit, said: “Our thoughts remain with Paramjit Gosal-Gill’s family at what must be an extremely difficult time for them and I would ask for their privacy to be respected.”
