A woman has been charged after "damaging" videos of two people having sex in Concert Square were shared online.
Kelly Cousins, of Merton Street, Bootle has been questioned by police and charged with outraging public decency. The 35-year-old, originally from Bradford, was bailed with conditions not to enter Liverpool City Centre and will appear at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, September 20.
Liverpool mayor Joanne Anderson yesterday slammed the behaviour as "damaging and criminal". Merseyside Police also issued a strongly worded statement urging people "to refrain from sharing the video on social media".
