Police Scotland has ended its investigation into Vaclav Cerny.
The Rangers loanee sprayed water at Celtic fans during Rangers' 3-2 victory earlier this month in a match that marked the return of away supporters..
The incident occurred late in the game at Celtic Park, after Hamza Igamane's winning goal.
As Cerny joined his teammates celebrating in front of the Rangers fans, he aimed a water spray towards Celtic fans near the dugout.

Complaints were made to the police after the match.
However, it has been confirmed that no further action will be taken.
Police Scotland stated that they had spoken to the club and issued advice, but no action will be taken against the winger.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received information, enquiries were carried out and no criminality has been established.
"Officers have engaged with the club and advice was given."
