Police have locked down a Kilmarnock industrial estate this afternoon.
Officers have blocked the entrance and exit to Moorfield Park with a huge police presence currently at the scene.
The estate is home to businesses such as Cook School Scotland, MKM Building Supplies, Dingbro, Plumbase, Moorfield Motor Services and many more
Traffic was not being admitted to the site with dozens of heavy good vehicles from a few of the aforementioned businesses left abandoned on nearby roads.
Emergency services could be seen down the road of the estate but the nature of the incident has not been disclosed at this stage.
Police Scotland have been contacted for comment.
