Police launch urgent search for Scots woman who vanished six days ago

Police have launched an urgent search for a women who vanished five days ago in Aberdeen.

Officers say they are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Ann-Marie Gordon, 28, who was last seen in the George Street area of Aberdeen at about 7.30pm on Monday, January, 23.

Ann-Marie is described as white, around 5 ft. 8 inches in height, with red hair.

It is believed she may now be wearing a pink hooded top and a white checked jacket.

Police Scotland urge anyone with information on Ann-Marie’s whereabouts, or possible dashcam footage from the George Street area on Monday evening, to please come forward.

A spokesperson for the force said: "Anyone with information on Ann-Marie or her current whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 3167."
