A missing teenager who vanished from an East Lothian town has been traced 'safe and well' following an urgent search. Aaron Anderson, 14, had been last seen in the Newbigging area of Musselburgh at around 3pm on Thursday, 23 March.

Officers launched an appeal to trace the teen as concern grew for the welfare of the boy who is from the Pinkie Drive area of the town. They have since confirmed the search has been stood down.

Aaron is described as being 5ft 1 with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black and orange trainers.
