Officers have launched an urgent appeal to help find a missing 55-year-old man from North Tyneside.
David Hall was last seen by his family leaving his home address in Shiremoor on Sunday morning and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare. Northumbria Police is now appealing to the public for help in locating David and is urging anyone with information to come forward.
He is described as white, 5 foot 8 inches in height, of a slim build, with short grey hair and a short grey beard. David was last seen wearing grey Lacoste trainers, blue jeans, and a long puffa jacket with a furry hood.
A spokesperson for the force said: "Officers searching for missing Shiremoor man David Hall are appealing to the public for help. David, 55, was last seen by his family leaving his home address in Shiremoor yesterday morning and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
"Enquiries are ongoing to locate him and officers are now appealing for anybody who thinks they have seen him, or may have information to help find him, to come forward.
"David, or anyone who knows where he is, is asked to contact officers on 101 or via the website’s ‘Tell us Something’ section, quoting log NP-20220911-0657."
