Police launch urgent appeal to trace missing 24-year-old man

Police in Paisley have issued an urgent appeal to help track down a man who was last seen in Paisley this morning.

Officers are searching for 24-year-old Darren Dickson because they are concerned about his welfare.

Darren was last seen on Green Road, Paisley, this morning around 7am.

Officers have described him as around 6ft tall, of average build, blue eyes, a trimmed beard, medium fair curly hair and tattoos on his left arm and hand.

He was wearing a white jacket, black shorts and black and purple trainers.

Police say that he is likely to be in the Paisley area and are asking members of the public to keep an eye out for him and get in touch with them if he's spotted.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Anyone with information on Darren’s whereabouts, please contact 101 quoting incident number 0434 of 20/09/22."
