Police have launched a murder investigation after a teenage boy was stabbed to death in Tottenham.
Officers were called at around 5.30pm on Friday to reports of a disturbance on Tottenham High Road.
They attended with an ambulance crew and found the victim, belived to be in his late teens, had been stabbed.
Despite the efforts of the emergency services, he died a short time later. Police are still trying to contact his family who will be supported by specialist officers.
A post-mortem examination will be arranged in due course.
An urgent investigation has been launched. There has been no arrest at this stage.
