Police issue urgent appeal to find missing boy, 17, last contacted more than two weeks ago

The police have launched an urgent appeal to locate a missing 17-year-old boy. Everton, who was living in Yate at the time he went missing, was last heard from by phone on Wednesday, August 24.

Despite being in contact with a third party by telephone since he was last seen, the force are keen to locate him to ensure he is safe. Investigating officers have carried out extensive enquiries, including a thorough review of CCTV, as well as other checks.

However, they have now reached the stage where a public appeal is necessary to find Everton to check on his welfare.

"It’s believed he has access to a moped.

"If you see Everton, please call 999 and give the call handler the reference number 5222168803."
