Police are probing two separate thefts during which thousands of pounds worth of items were swiped.
The first theft occurred at a business premises in Drymen between Christmas and New Year.
Five high-end quad bikes – the value of which is believed to have been around £10,000 – were stole from the premises in Gartness Road sometime between 1pm on Wednesday, December 28, and 12.45pm on Saturday, December 31.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quoting the incident number 1434 of December 31.
The second theft occurred in Callander, sometime between 5.30pm on Thursday, January 5, and 6.30am on Friday, January 6.
The incident saw a forestry operation off the A81, near to Mollands Farm, being raided by thieves who targeted the site, damaged property and stole a quantity of tools and diesel. It’s understood that the operation was a company working on the Cambusmore Estate.
The value of the damage and items stolen is believed to be in excess of £10,000.

Inspector Andy Bushell said: “We can`t link these incidents at this time, however we would ask anyone with information to come forward and ask that people are vigilant and report any suspicious behaviour on 101.”
