Police hunting two men after teenage boy reports number of sexual offences

Police are hunting for two men after a teenage boy reported a number of sexual offences that allegedly took place across a two-month period.

Thames Valley Police has released images of Adam Hastings and Reece Upton, both 28, warning anyone who sees them not to approach them, and to instead call 999.

“The men are wanted in connection with a number of sexual offences reported by a victim, a boy in his teens, who is receiving ongoing support by specially trained officers,” said a police spokesperson.

The sexual offences reportedly took place in Newbury, West Berkshire, between April 21 and June 13.

Hastings and Upton reportedly “went missing” around 3pm last Thursday (June 13).

They were last seen in Devizes in Wiltshire on Wednesday (June 19), with a “distinctive” Bershka drawstring bag.

Detective Chief Inspector Emily Evans said: “We have been continuing our enquiries with our partners in Wiltshire to locate Adam Hastings and Reece Upton and are appealing for the public’s help.

“If you see Hastings or Upton, we advise members of the public to not approach them and call 999.
