The crooks targeted the Spar store on the city’s Perth Road in a late-night raid.

The two males were caught on CCTV and were described as being in their late teens or early 20s and of slim build.

The first is described as about 5ft 8 and was wearing a black hooded jacket, white gloves, black tracksuit bottoms and was carrying a drawstring bag.

While the second was about 5ft 6 and wore all dark clothing aside from white trainers.

They were seen to head off in the direction of Hawkhill.
