Police are searching for a thief who posed as a Good Samaritan before stealing a woman's phone while she was suffering a seizure.
The woman, in her twenties, suffered the seizure outside Selly Oak station in Birmingham around 12pm on February 17.
But a passer-by who rushed to her aid took the phone from the victim's pocket and put it in her own.
The victim was taken to hospital by ambulance.
British Transport Police Officers believe the woman in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
The woman has dark hair and was wearing a black coat with a fur hood, brown tracksuit bottoms and burgundy trainers at the time of the incident.
